The Master Butcher takes great pride in the quality of every product that leaves his butchery and his burgers are no different. Using his recipe of eighty percent meat to twenty percent fat guarantees that each burger is brimming with beef, bears a rustic texture and has a rich, succulent, flavour.
Only iconic Aberdeen Angus beef, sourced by our Master Butcher, graces the House of Bruar’s butchery. The grass-fed cows from rural Aberdeenshire farms are luxurious, elegant and superior cattle and the beef - which is dry-aged for a minimum of 28 days - has wonderful marbling, a smooth texture and a rich mouth watering flavour.

Delivery Information
We pride ourselves on the freshness of our produce, so all Food Hall items are sent by a 24 hour delivery service (by Parcel Force Next Day) at a cost of £9.95. Please place your order before 11am Sunday – Wednesday. Orders will then be despatched the next working day. Deliveries are made Tuesday-Friday, so orders placed on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be despatched on the following Monday. Available to UK customers only.
