Subject to stock availability, we aim to dispatch within 5 working days of processing your order (orders placed on Friday or Saturday will take slightly longer).
Delivery within the UK:
2 day delivery (following the date of dispatch) at a flat rate of £4.95 using Royal Mail (UK) Parcelforce (Northern Ireland and UK Islands) Note: This service is not available for food hamper orders.
Next Day Delivery
Flat rate of £7.95 using Royal Mail or Parcelforce signed for services.
Next day delivery can only be guaranteed on orders placed by 12pm between Monday and Thursday each week. It is not possible to request next day delivery on online orders placed outside of these times.
For orders placed by midday on a Friday Saturday delivery can be organised, but this will incur an additional charge of £12. To arrange, telephone 01796 483236 and ask for the Mail Order Department.
To beat the Christmas rush, make sure you post before the recommended last posting date.
Your last posting dates within the UK for Christmas are:
Standard Courier Service - 16th December (our standard UK delivery service)
Next Day Special Delivery - 18th December (either Royal Mail or Parcelforce signed for services).
