HOW TO BUY
To purchase or to view a product, click on one of the categories shown in the top menu of the home page, and choose the range of your choice, i.e. Ladieswear, Menswear, Hampers etc.
Choose the sub-category you wish to browse, i.e. Trousers, Shirts, and then click on the image of any item that interests you.
When viewing the item page, if the item comes in different colours, the colour swatches will appear a below the price of the item. In many cases clicking on the desired colour will display the item in that colour. Hovering your cursor over the image will enlarge the image so finer details can be seen.
If you scroll down the page you will see images of other items we feel may be of interest to you.
Note: Food Hampers
We will need you to tell us the date you would like us to dispatch the hamper, and when prompted you should select the date you require the hamper to leave here and we will ensure the hamper is dispatched on that date, for delivery the following day (within the UK). PLEASE NOTE we do not dispatch hampers on Fridays, Saturday or Sunday nor on bank holidays. Hampers ordered on these days will be dispatched on the next working day, Monday to Thursday.
Note: Item is out of stock
If the item you require is out of stock, you will be able to see the number of weeks until the next delivery is due. You will be able to place an order for this item and we will send it to you as soon as it comes into stock. Please note you will not be charged for this item until we dispatch it to you.
If an item is out of stock and we are unable to confirm the availability of stock in the future, an email sign up box will appear. If you enter your current email address, once the item becomes available you will receive an email notification, and you will then be able to purchase the item.
Having chosen the correct size and colour, to add an item to your shopping bag click on “ADD TO SHOPPING BAG”, and a pop-up notification will appear below the Shopping Bag symbol on the top right of the screen showing that the item has been added to your Shopping Bag.
You may check the items in your shopping bag at any time by hovering over or clicking on "SHOPPING BAG” at the top right corner of any page.
Once you have finished shopping, scroll up to the top of the screen, hover over “SHOPPING BAG” to see the items in your Shopping Bag. To go to your shopping Bag, click on “View Shopping Bag” under the displayed items. A new “Shopping Bag” window will open and a summary of your order will appear, and if all items are correct, select “PAY SECURELY NOW”.
You will now be asked for your login details - if you are already registered on the site enter your email address and password now and click “CONTINUE TO CHECKOUT”.
If you have not registered on the site, enter your email address and click on the “NO” you do not have a password. Then complete all fields indicated and click on “PROCEED TO PAYMENT”.
“YOUR SHOPPING BAG” will show you your order, allowing you to make any changes. This page also allows you to add a Gift Message if you wish.
Once you are happy with the content of your order, click on “PAY SECURELY NOW”.
Gifts or Different Delivery addresses
If you wish the order to go to a different Delivery address from your Invoice address, click “CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS” and this will allow you to set up a new address, or use an existing one.
Choose the relevant delivery option from the “DELIVERY METHOD”.
Choose your card type, and enter your card details.
Once you have read our Terms and Conditions, click “ORDER NOW”.
You will be re-directed to a page to confirm that the order has been successful. This page will contain an ORDER REFERENCE NUMBER which we advise you to take a note of.
You will shortly receive an email confirmation advising that your order has been placed subject to payment approval.
Please note that you will not be able to amend your order online after it has been submitted, but if you do wish to make any changes, please telephone the Mail Order Customer Services team on:
