Our Master Butcher takes great pride in the quality of every product that leaves his butchery and his burgers are no different. Using his recipe of eighty percent meat to twenty percent fat guarantees that each burger is brimming with beef, bears a rustic texture and has a rich, succulent flavour.
Only iconic Aberdeen Angus beef, sourced by our Master Butcher, graces the House of Bruar’s butchery. The grass-fed cows from rural Aberdeenshire farms are luxurious, elegant and superior cattle and the beef - which is dry-aged for a minimum of 28 days - has wonderful marbling, a smooth texture and a rich mouth-watering flavour.
