Made by Heather Hills Farm, this Whisky Heather Honey has been infused with 10 Year Old Edradour Single Malt Whisky from the local distillery in Pitlochry.
Founded in 1955, Heather Hills Honey Farm near Blairgowrie, produces some of the finest honey in the country which is collected and extracted using only traditional methods. This ensures that the enzymes and proteins are not destroyed during the harvesting, separating or bottling processes, and the result is the most natural tasting honey. Even today, the team on the farm continue to move their 1300 beehives across the Perthshire and Deeside countryside seasonally, in order to obtain the best honey.

We pride ourselves on the freshness of our produce, so all Food Hall items are sent by a 24 hour delivery service (by Parcel Force Next Day) at a cost of £9.95. Please place your order before 11am Sunday – Wednesday. Orders will then be despatched the next working day. Deliveries are made Tuesday-Friday, so orders placed on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be despatched on the following Monday. Available to UK customers only.
