A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join our team as a Chef/Fryer at The House of Bruar in our award winning prestigious Lobster Fish and Chip Shop on a permanent basis.

Our opening hours are from 12 noon to 9pm.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook food daily whilst following all guidelines for food hygiene and Health and Safety, legally and by The House of Bruar’s own policies.
  • Food cooking (fish, chips and other menu items) and preparation (fish cutting, batter making, etc).
  • Oil management.
  • Assisting with stock control, including stock rotation, wastage and ordering.
  • Work closely with the Management team on all food related issues.
  • Be a role model for The House of Bruar brand with our personal presentation standards.
  • Ensure the customer service you provide is of the highest standards at all times.
