We have an opportunity for you to join our Restaurant Team as a Cloakroom Attendant/Cleaner.
The House of Bruar Restaurant is the ideal place for our customers to relax in a "Country Kitchen" atmosphere. With a seating capacity of 600, we currently have more visitors each year than Edinburgh Castle.

To ensure the hygiene and cleanliness of our facilities we are looking for an assistant to manage the maintenance and cleaning of our customer cloakrooms. You will be delivering excellence in customer service, greeting our guests and answering any queries they may have.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Replenish consumables.
  • Communicate stock levels to management.
  • Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness in our cloakrooms and restaurant.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy working environment.
