Nothing epitomises spring turning to long-summer days quite like an elderflower cordial, and Whitetail go one better with their homegrown Elderflower and Lemon Balm Liqueur. This liqueur is produced by steeping together elderflowers and lemon balm leaves before infusing these into their award-winning Whitetail Gin. Each individual bottle is then hand-filled and wax sealed at their distillery on the Isle of Mull for an utterly unique and true handcrafted Scottish product. This liqueur is perfectly served chilled over plenty of ice and topped off with some fresh lemonade or soda water, or simply added to a summer’s evening glass of champagne or prosecco. Bottled at 22% abv.
