The ruched neck can be worn as it comes, sitting modestly just below the collar bone, or, loosened, brought to sit coolly above the shoulders for a wider, more open neckline. The raglan puffed sleeves feature a tiny frill skirting the elbows. Knee-length but not even remotely prim, this shapely shift sports a flattering scalloped hemline.
