To ensure durability without hindering the delicate drape and supple texture of the fibre, this vest has been made with 15 stitches per square inch, meaning it is a 15-gauge knit. The higher the gauge the finer the knit, and while 15-gauge is incredibly fine it also has a higher density than other cashmere pieces, making it as robust as it is soft. Knitted in a state-of-the-art process here in Scotland, this vest is produced as a seamless whole to minimise joins and enhance comfort. About Cashmere

Sourced from the downy undercoat of Mongolian goats, soft, fine cashmere has been treasured and sought after for clothing since before the advent of written record.
