Human Resources Administrator
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Human Resources Administrator to join our HR team at The House of Bruar. 
The successful candidate will be working closely with the HR Manager and HR Assistant to support organisational growth and development. 
This role is permanent and is based in our main office here at The House of Bruar.  The position offers full time hours working 8:30am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday inclusive.  Salary will be dependent on experience.
Key responsibilities:
  • Updating and maintaining recruitment, selection and induction processes.
  • Advertising vacancies on job boards.
  • Preparing new starter documentation and creating induction booklets.
  • Supporting with inductions.
  • Keeping both electronic and paper personnel files updated.
  • Providing support with absence management procedures.
  • To assist in answering employee enquires.
  • Filing, shredding and archiving documents.
  • Updating and maintaining the HR diary.
  • Prepare documentation for the leaver process.
  • Calculating holiday entitlement.
What we are looking for:
  • Excellent administrative skills with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages and HR systems.
  • Ability to work accurately and to deadlines competently in a busy office environment.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Ability to promote the highest professional standards and behaviours.
  • A high level of confidentiality.

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • CIPD qualified or working towards an HR Qualification – desirable, not essential.
  • To possess strong interpersonal skills.
