This role is needed to provide support to the Mail Order Operations Manager, taking responsibility for delivering top level customer services to House of Bruar customers. Key responsibilities;
  • Returned parcels - identifying problems and re-sending – working with despatch to ensure parcels are sent out correctly with correct invoices and packed perfectly.
  • Returning items to customers, working with Team Leader to ensure the correct correspondence goes with the parcel to the correct address.
  • Royal Mail/Parcel Force lost parcels to be investigated and situations resolved with customers.
  • Telephoning/emailing customers with updated information on orders.
  • Live chat operator.
  • Assisting with correspondence.
  • Assisting the returns team as required.

  • To have a good knowledge of all Bruar facilities and to be able to answer customer queries in a quick and helpful manner.
  • To be security conscious in regards to company and customer property.
  • To act on your responsibilities detailed in the Health & Safety at Work Act 1974.
  • To demonstrate a working knowledge of fire prevention and to follow the site fire evacuation plans on hearing the alarm.
  • To attend any meetings, training sessions or courses that may be beneficial to you and your department at the request of your Manager.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly professional manner.
  • Thorough knowledge of working with database systems.
  • Ability to manage a team of advisors to deliver an exemplary service to our customers.
