The Simms Wading Staff Rubber Tip offers a much improved grip on the river bottom. The StreamTread technology tip gives excellent purchase between rocks and crevasses, making it ideal for situations where you need to hike to your destination, and will also cause less acoustic disturbance in the water than would a metal tipped staff.
