Produced on a batch to batch basis its ingredients are natural root ginger, wine and spices. The steeping process extracts all the ginger giving it a fuller, more rounded flavour. It captures the goodness of ginger in liquid form. Being so versatile Hutchison’s Spiced Ginger Wine may be used in cocktails and recipes. Bottled at 13.5% abv.
