Product description
This Great Glen green pepper venison salami is made with pure venison and gently spiced with added green peppercorns for just the right balance. It was awarded three Gold Stars and Best Charcuterie product of the UK at the Great Taste Awards in 2013. It won another three gold stars at the Great Taste Awards in 2017 and was awarded Best Game Product in The British Charcuterie Awards 2019. Serve on a platter with other meats and some olives or in a sandwich with salad, roasted peppers and cream cheese.

We pride ourselves on the freshness of our produce, so all Food Hall items are sent by a 24 hour delivery service (by Parcel Force Next Day) at a cost of £9.95. Please place your order before 11am Sunday – Wednesday. Orders will then be despatched the next working day. Deliveries are made Tuesday-Friday, so orders placed on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be despatched on the following Monday. Available to UK customers only.
