Softly brushed for warmth and comfort, this Bronte by Moon lambswool ombre plaid throw combines a gently blended check design with lightweight everyday warmth.
Its ombre plaid pattern creates a softer, more relaxed take on traditional wool checks, allowing the colours to blend naturally across the woven surface. Brushed lambswool gives the throw an airy softness while still providing reassuring warmth, making it equally suited to draping over a sofa, armchair or bed throughout the year. Fringed edges add a classic finishing touch, while the breathable wool remains comfortable and easy to live with in both quieter and busier spaces around the home. Woven in Yorkshire by Abraham Moon & Sons, this throw reflects generations of British textile craftsmanship.

About Lambswool
Lambswool can be sourced from any breed of sheep, but as the name suggests, it must be harvested before the sheep reach maturity, and shearing typically happens seven months after their early spring birth, at the height of summer. As the fleece gains thickness and coarseness with age, lambswool is finer and softer than sheep's wool. It also has a pronounced springy curl, helping it resist shrinkage and retain its shape. This breathable, hypoallergenic fibre is perfect for luxurious knitwear garments.
