RETURNS



If you have purchased items for Christmas presents we have an extended returns period. Please send your items back by the 31st January for a refund or exchange. The items have to be returned in a saleable condition with original packaging and price tags.

If you are not entirely satisfied you may return your selection to us in a saleable condition for either refund or exchange at any time within one month of purchase. Please note that goods are returned at your own cost and we recommend that you obtain a proof of postage. Please allow up to 14 days once you have returned your parcel for any exchange to be processed or refund to be credited.

You can choose to use a courier of your choice or the Royal Mail to return the parcel. Please keep a copy of tracking information and receipts of postage.

Non-Refundable Items
Please note that we are unable to accept items returned from the Food Hall including Butchery goods and Food Hampers due to the nature of the fresh produce contained within them.

In addition we are unable to accept returns of earrings due to hygiene concerns.

If you wish to return an item or items paid for with a House of Bruar Gift Voucher, we will only be able to issue you with another Gift Voucher to the value of the item(s) returned.
