If you are not entirely satisfied you may return your selection to us in a saleable condition for either refund or exchange at any time within one month of purchase. A returns form explaining this procedure will be enclosed with your order. Please note that goods are returned at your own cost and we recommend the use of a registered postal service for your protection. If the goods are being returned due to an error on our part, your postal costs will be refunded. Please allow up to 14 days once you have returned your parcel for any exchange to be processed or refund to be credited.
Convenient returns with CollectPlus
Collect+ is a convenient way to return parcels for just £4.49 at over 5,500 local stores, open from early until late, 7 days a week. You will receive a returns receipt with an online tracking code, so that you can follow your parcel's progress back to us.
Here's how it works:
- Go to the House of Bruar page on the Collect+ website and follow the instructions to purchase a returns label and find a Collect+ store.
- Securely attach the label to your parcel ensuring that the barcode is clearly visible and that any other delivery or returns labels have been covered or removed from the packaging.
- Drop off your parcel at any local store offering the Collect+ service. You can find your local store at the Collect+ website.
- Keep your receipt to track your parcel online through Collect+.
Please note that you can only use Collect+ to return “cabin baggage size parcels” that weigh no more than 10kg.
Alternatively, you can return goods to us using Royal Mail or other courier services at their then current stated rates.
If you are in the European Union and you cancel your order within seven days after the day you get your goods, and you cancel the whole order, we will refund the standard postage and packing costs you paid as part of that order (if any), in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations. You will have to pay the costs of sending the order back to us. We will not refund any postage and packing charges if you cancel after the seven days allowed under the Distance Selling Regulations or if you only cancel part of your order.
Please note that we are unable to accept items returned from the Food Hall including Butchery goods and Food Hampers due to the nature of the fresh produce contained within them.
In addition we are unable to accept returns of earrings due to hygiene concerns.
If you wish to return an item or items paid for with a House of Bruar Gift Voucher, we will only be able to issue you with another Gift Voucher to the value of the item(s) returned.
