About Harris Tweed
Harris Tweed originated in the 19th century in Scotland's Outer Hebrides. Woven from pure virgin wool on traditional looms by the islanders of Harris and Lewis, the fabric was popularised by Lady Dunmore, going on to become a global style icon.
