Honouring the Wemyss family’s spirit of adventure, Darnleys wanted to explore a range of warming botanicals found as far afield as Africa, Morocco and China. Selecting ten that would give the desired depth of flavour to create a contemporary gin that is full and rounded. Flavours of mixed spices, ginger, freshly ground pepper followed by a hint of orange zest with alasting peppery finsh. enjoy over ice then top with ginger ale. An orange slice garnishes this serve perfectly. Bottled at 42.7% abv.
