KellyBronze turkeys are placed an insulated container for shipping and then packed into a sturdy cardboard box. They are deep chilled before they leave the farm in order to ensure that they arrive at your home in peak condition.
Each package includes full storage and cooking instructions, as well as a complimentary meat thermometer to help you roast your bird to perfection.

Allowed to roam freely through woodlands and pastures, the bird's corn and soya diet is supplemented by wild foraging, which adds a rich complexity of flavour to the meat. And because the birds are grown to full maturity over six months, they have time to naturally lay down fat throughout their lives, which results in a marvellously marbled texture that's dense yet juicy when cooked.
Not only are the birds dry plucked by hand, but they are also hung for at least seven days to let the full flavour profile of the meat really develop, resulting in a richness and depth that's far beyond anything you'll find in your local supermarket.
