In 1987 whilst already having a successful Bakery business in Market Drayton that Tim and Sarah Hopcroft, the founders of Image on Food first had the idea of decorating Gingerbread shapes. After weeks of trialing different mixtures the secret recipe was developed and the gingerbread range was born.

Allergen Advice
Gingerbread Ingredients: Wheat flour (WHEAT flour, calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin), sugar, vegetable oils (palm oil & rapeseed), partially inverted refiner’s syrup, ginger, spice, raising agent: sodium hydrogen carbonate, SOYA flour.
Decoration Ingredients: Sugar, dried glucose syrup, pasteurised free range EGG white, vegetable oils (palm & rapeseed), humectant: vegetable glycerine, cornflour, fruit and vegetable concentrates: safflower, lemon, radish, pumpkin, apple, tomato; colour: vegetable carbon; stabiliser: xanthan gum, gum tragacanth; preservative: potassium sorbate.

Delivery Information
We pride ourselves on the freshness of our produce, so all Food Hall items are sent by a 24 hour delivery service (by Parcel Force Next Day) at a cost of £9.95. Please place your order before 11am Sunday – Wednesday. Orders will then be despatched the next working day. Deliveries are made Tuesday-Friday, so orders placed on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be despatched on the following Monday. Available to UK customers only.
