This ladies merino cashmere frill front cardigan features cascading vertical frill panels down the front in a fine merino and cashmere blend knit.
The frills running down the front of this cardigan make an immediate impression - soft, layered and generous, they give the piece a distinctly feminine character that sets it apart from any ordinary button-through cardigan. The fine merino and cashmere knit provides a lightweight structure and the fabric wrapped buttons maintain a clean silhouette that contrasts beautifully with the drama of the frills to the front. Finished in a merino wool rich blend with a touch of cashmere, this cardigan is luxuriously soft and transitions easily between the seasons.

About Merino Wool
Known as the softest of all wools, merino is sourced from merino sheep, a breed which originated in mediaeval Spain. The fineness of wool is measured in microns, with typical thicknesses of 29 to 35 microns. Merino is usually 22 microns thick and can be much finer, explaining its sublimely soft handle. It's also a superb insulator, often used in high-performance layers for outdoor sports.
