Alex Reid was approached by Ardmore Distillers to create a cheese of some uniqueness, and after numerous meetings, the food and drink experts combined their knowledge to develop this rich whisky infused cheese – a product which is made the traditional way, using raw unpasteurised milk.
All of Alex’s cheeses are handmade on his farm in Cambus O'May - a delightful area of lochans, bridges and winding trails through forests of Scots Pine and situated four miles east of the picturesque village of Ballater in Royal Deeside, Scotland.

Delivery Information
We pride ourselves on the freshness of our produce, so all Food Hall items are sent by a 24 hour delivery service (by Parcel Force Next Day) at a cost of £9.95. Please place your order before 11am Sunday – Wednesday. Orders will then be despatched the next working day. Deliveries are made Tuesday-Friday, so orders placed on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be despatched on the following Monday. Available to UK customers only.
