An authentic Taste of Italy from Bertagni, the oldest pastificio in the world. Fresh egg pasta parcels filled with porcini and truffle for a delicious rich umami flavour. Ready in five minutes. Once cooked, gently drain the pasta and toss in melted butter or your favourite sauce and serve with a sprinkle of grated Parmesan cheese. Serves two. Made in Italy.
