Distinctive, extra-large, bright green olives, sourced from Trapani, Sicily, an olive growing region from where this variety originates. The early harvest olives are cured using the Castelvetrano method (named after the Sicilian town which developed it) a process which means that they retain their vibrant colour, notably delicate, fresh flavour and firm yet juicy texture.
All House of Bruar olives are selected by continental gastronomy experts Belazu, an artisan company who have over thirty years experience in sourcing fine cuisine and played a key role in Great Britain’s Mediterranean food revolution. The strong direct relationships that Belazu build with their farmers ensure that they will forever boast a unique range of premium quality, authentic, succulent olives.
