Edinburgh Gin Raspberry Gin is a 40% abv expression of the Raspberry Gin Liqueur. Fashioned using locally sourced raspberries from the soft fruit capital of the UK, Perthshire. Taking advantage of the best of seasonal Perthshire Raspberries, directly sourced from the farmers door, Edinburgh Gin distil a sweet and delicious gin with real depth of flavour, very much reminiscent of raspberry jam. The distillation of fresh and dried raspberries together balances the flavour of this gin, the fresh raspberries bring a fresh tart raspberry flavour, the dried raspberries impart an exquisite, sweet depth. On the palate red berry fruit with fresh floral notes creating a perfectly balanced gin with an incredible depth of natural flavour.
