KITCHEN ASSISTANT
We are looking for an individual who enjoys a challenging role and is as ambitious to grow as we are. The Restaurant Kitchen is an energetic, busy area which supports the Restaurant as it prepares, cooks and delivers high quality food.
The Kitchen Assistant is an important part of the team who is responsible for ensuring that all areas and equipment are clear and clean at all times. They also need to be organised to ensure that all stock delivered is in the correct place.
Working directly with Senior Chefs, the individual will undertake any other tasks delegated to them, including assisting with food preparation.

- Rotate stock as new stock is delivered.
- Clean and tidy all storage areas.
- Ensure all kitchen floors are clean, tidy and water free at all times.
- Ensure all working surfaces are clean and clear.
- Wash up kitchen equipment for further use.
- Any other tasks as allocated by the kitchen staff.

FISH AND CHIP SHOP MANAGER

The successful candidate must be experienced, thorough, a good people manager and exceptional at customer service.
Our objective is to make this business renowned as being the best in Britain.
Our stunning location has onsite accommodation if required.
Ideally, the candidates will have a minimum of 2 years' experience operating/managing a commercial fish fryer with the confidence to deliver consistent volumes during the busy season.

Are you a Butcher looking to join an award winning team? This is a fantastic opportunity to join The House of Bruar Butchery and Retail counter. You will be responsible for supporting Butchery sales and profits by working closely with the team and customers, ensuring that we continue to provide the highest standards in customer service. You will be customer driven, organised and be an excellent communicator. This is a full time role working five days per week which will include weekends.
Key Responsibilities:
As a skilled Butcher you will have good product knowledge, cutting and preparation skills, and offer high standards of customer service. You will be able to prepare orders to customer's needs and have a good understanding of stock control processes and procedures as well as excellent technical knife skills and knowledge of meat cuts in butchering.
With a passion for luxury produce, we offer our customers locally sourced meat, either pre-prepared or butchered to order.
