The House of Bruar beef skirt (or bavette de flanchet as the French prefer) is a tasty cut of meat that is so good our butchers love to take it home for themselves. Taken from the underbelly, the meat is delightful when diced for pies and sumptuous when marinated and then slow cooked.
Only iconic Aberdeen Angus beef, sourced by our Master Butcher, graces the House of Bruar's butchery. The grass fed cows from rural Aberdeenshire farms are luxurious, elegant and superior cattle and the beef, which is dry-aged for a minimum of 28 days, has a wonderful marbling, a smooth texture and a rich mouth-watering flavour.

Delivery Information
We pride ourselves on the freshness of our produce, so all Food Hall items are sent by a 24 hour delivery service (by Parcel Force Next Day) at a cost of £9.95. Please place your order before 11am Sunday – Wednesday. Orders will then be despatched the next working day. Deliveries are made Tuesday-Friday, so orders placed on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be despatched on the following Monday. Available to UK customers only.
