Made on the shores of the Moray Firth, Connage Clava is a soft-ripened cheese which is named after the prehistoric burial cairns of Balnuaran of Clava, which is located a few miles from the farm where the cheese is made.
The Connage family hand-ladle the very delicate curd into moulds and allow it to mature carefully in a temperature controlled store before being individually hand wrapped, a process which makes Clava a smooth, creamy, earthy brie that as it ripens, becomes silky, soft and sumptuously tasty.

Delivery Information
We pride ourselves on the freshness of our produce, so all Food Hall items are sent by a 24 hour delivery service (by Parcel Force Next Day) at a cost of £9.95. Please place your order before 11am Sunday – Wednesday. Orders will then be despatched the next working day. Deliveries are made Tuesday-Friday, so orders placed on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be despatched on the following Monday. Available to UK customers only.
