Scotland’s salmon is famous the world over for its incredible depth of flavour, and only the finest examples of this Scottish delicacy are selected for The House of Bruar’s Hot Kiln Roast Salmon. Made using traditional techniques that have gone unchanged for generations, the salmon is first cured then kiln roasted to cook the fish and seal in moisture, creating a firm yet flaky texture that’s deliciously unique. Incredibly versatile, it makes a mouth-watering addition to salads, pastas and risottos, and even makes a splendid main meal on its own. A valuable source of protein and rich in Omega-3, our Hot Kiln Roast Salmon is ideal as part of a balanced, healthy diet.

We pride ourselves on the freshness of our produce, so all Food Hall items are sent by a 24 hour delivery service (by Parcel Force Next Day) at a cost of £9.95. Please place your order before 11am Sunday – Wednesday. Orders will then be despatched the next working day. Deliveries are made Tuesday-Friday, so orders placed on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be despatched on the following Monday. Available to UK customers only.
