Product description
Sourced from the nectar of the blossoming Leatherwood Tree (Eucryphia lucida), an ancient rainforest tree dating back 65 million years, indigenous to the wilderness ancient Tarkine rainforests off the Tasmanian northwestern coast - known as the World Heritage Wilderness Area. Leatherwood typically grows to about 30 feet and during spring it is completely covered in small white flowers. The tree takes 250 years to mature before it can produce blossom to produce nectar. A runny, amber honey with a smooth, buttery, long, full-bodied finish that ends with notes of anise. 100% pure, raw and unpasteurised.

We pride ourselves on the freshness of our produce, so all Food Hall items are sent by a 24 hour delivery service (by Parcel Force Next Day) at a cost of £9.95. Please place your order before 11am Sunday – Wednesday. Orders will then be despatched the next working day. Deliveries are made Tuesday-Friday, so orders placed on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be despatched on the following Monday. Available to UK customers only.
