Occasionally, in unforeseen circumstances, it is necessary for us to substitute an item - in this situation the item will be of equal or greater value to that which it replaces.

All of our hampers are hand packed.

The parcel will need a signature upon receipt, please ensure there is someone present at the delivery address to provide this.
