The House of Bruar’s Smoked Salmon is made from specially selected Scottish salmon to ensure the highest possible standards of quality and taste. Expertly smoked using traditional methods to add an extra depth of flavour to this delicate yet distinctive fish, our salmon is perfect for quiches, salads, pâtés or simply on its own with a squeeze of lemon as a delicious hors d'oeuvre. An excellent source of protein, salmon is also rich in vitamins and minerals and is a valuable source of Omega-3 fatty acids, making it an ideal addition to a healthy, balanced diet.

Delivery Information
We pride ourselves on the freshness of our produce, so all Food Hall items are sent by a 24 hour delivery service (by Parcel Force Next Day) at a cost of £9.95. Please place your order before 11am Sunday – Wednesday. Orders will then be despatched the next working day. Deliveries are made Tuesday-Friday, so orders placed on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be despatched on the following Monday. Available to UK customers only.
