Packaged in a distinctive triangular box, this collection of delicious jams from award-winning Edinburgh Preserves brings you a true taste of Scotland. Made using strawberries, raspberries and blackcurrants from the east of Scotland, each jam in this selection is slow boiled in an open pan to guarantee an authentic and traditional flavour that you simply won’t find anywhere else.

Edinburgh Preserves was established by Sandy Herd in 1995, when he had a family recipe for tomato chutney and a vision for making country kitchen style preserves using only the finest ingredients. Since then the company has gone from strength to strength, and they pride themselves on using only the best ingredients and cooking in small batches to maintain the quality of the product. Their range is becoming increasingly popular and they have an ever-growing list of award winning products.
