Made from 100% merino wool, the men's Carrick Roll Jumper is an Aran knit defined by heritage stitches that tell the stories of Ireland.
Knitted by West End Knitwear, this roll-neck design reflects generations of Irish craftsmanship. The central honeycomb stitch represents the industrious bee and the value of hard work, while the flanking cables echo fishermen's ropes, symbolising strength and connection. The high roll neck and pure merino construction provide warmth and softness, making it both practical and steeped in tradition. Whether layered under a jacket for windswept walks or worn alone, the Carrick roll jumper unites history with everyday style.

About Merino Wool
Known as the softest of all wools, merino is sourced from merino sheep, a breed which originated in mediaeval Spain. The fineness of wool is measured in microns, with typical thicknesses of 29 to 35 microns. Merino is usually 22 microns thick and can be much finer, explaining its sublimely soft handle. It's also a superb insulator, often used in high-performance layers for outdoor sports.
