Maison Georges Bruck is the last and only family-owned foie gras company that still exists in Strasbourg, Alsace. Created in 1852, it is the only survivor of some sixty foie gras houses that have existed in the city of Strasbourg and the only one to have been able to carry out a lasting and independent activity since its creation to date. Today managed by the 5th generation, it continues to use exceptional foie gras products while respecting family values.
