Product description
The international Gold Medal award-winning original Wild Island Gin produced in the London Dry style from 100% wheat and infused with hand gathered island botanicals that include lemon balm and water mint. The result is a deeply smooth and refreshing citrusy premium quality gin which is lemon-forward in a more contemporary fashion. Simply fill a glass with ice and mix with a good neutral tonic water. Garnish with a twist of lemon peel and a sprig of fresh mint. Bottled at 43.7% abv.
Colonsay Beverages was established in 2007 and originally strarted by crafting beer on the island. In 2016 they worked with Langley Distillery, Birningham to create the Wild Island gin. Soon after they created their first distillers cut gin on the island, making this the first legal gin to be produced in Colonsay for over 100 years.
