Our House of Bruar smoked chicken uses only the highest quality chicken fillets, which are expertly cured with a special preparation of juniper, rosemary and parsley for a rare depth of flavour that adds a whole new dimension to the taste. The meat is then gently smoked over whisky-infused oak chips to create a sophisticated flavour combination in which the fresh, citrusy burst of juniper cuts through the rich wood and whisky tones, softened by the aromatic herbs which add a delightful hint of sweetness to the tender chicken. Perfect for salads, risottos and quiches, this flavoursome smoked chicken is endlessly versatile and always enjoyable.

We pride ourselves on the freshness of our produce, so all Food Hall items are sent by a 24 hour delivery service (by Parcel Force Next Day) at a cost of £9.95. Please place your order before 11am Sunday – Wednesday. Orders will then be despatched the next working day. Deliveries are made Tuesday-Friday, so orders placed on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be despatched on the following Monday. Available to UK customers only.
