Product description
Duck has a rich and complex flavour profile that's greatly enhanced by the smoking process. Our smoked duck is made to an exclusive recipe that involves curing prime duck fillets with a special mix of coriander, garlic and thyme, and then gently smoking the meat over whisky-infused oak chips. The herbs and spices add a unique piquancy to the delicious gamey flavour of duck, which is then mellowed and given added depth by the woody notes of oak smoke and the caramel aromas of whisky. The result is a flavoursome smoked meat that's perfect for canapés, pastas and salads, introducing a delightfully different mix of flavours to your favourite dishes.

We pride ourselves on the freshness of our produce, so all Food Hall items are sent by a 24 hour delivery service (by Parcel Force Next Day) at a cost of £9.95. Please place your order before 11am Sunday – Wednesday. Orders will then be despatched the next working day. Deliveries are made Tuesday-Friday, so orders placed on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be despatched on the following Monday. Available to UK customers only.
