Originally designed as a shooting jacket, the Beaufort wax coat design is a premium piece that reflects the heritage of the Barbour brand. A zip fastening is concealed beneath a snap button placket to ensure protection from the elements while the waxed outer offers expert water resistance. Two hand warming pockets, traditionally in place for the coat's original shooting jacket construction, and two bellow pockets sit beneath with on zip jetted pocket to the wearer's right. The contrast colour corduroy collar gives the jacket signature Barbour charm while nodding to traditional country clothing style. Inside, there is a panelled classic tartan lining offering both comfort and warmth perfect for the colder months or year-round drizzles.
